Career & Community Access
The Career & Community Access Program (CCAP) provides young adults with the opportunity to get a job and start building the life they have always wanted.
House of Possibilities (HOPe) and Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) have partnered to provide unparalleled access to meaningful community activities, job training and placement services at our Easton and Boston locations.
Participants experience JVS’s excellent career coaching and employment support that thousands of people use to start or advance their careers. In addition, they become a member of the House of Possibilities (HOPe) community, connecting them with numerous ways to pursue personal goals, learn new skills, serve those in need, make new friends, or simply enjoy life in their local neighborhood.
Partnering to provide the Career & Community Access Program has resulted in better outcomes combining JVS’ leadership in workforce development and job placement and HOPe’s innovative community-building programs. This program has expanded to HOPe’s Easton location as well. Our staff are embedded at JVS's Economic Opportunity Center at 75 Federal Street because we believe it's important to serve these individuals and create opportunities for them in the Boston communities they live in.
