Children and adults with disabilities who are living at home or with a family member. Young adults on a pathway to employment. While HOPe strives to serve as many individuals as we can, there are a few capabilities we do not have. HOPe does not have the facilities or equipment to serve medically fragile individuals. HOPe staff are not restraint trained and can not serve individuals with behavior plans that could require restraint.

We work with our prospective members and their families to review funding sources to support their participation and attendance in HOPe programs and services. HOPe’s programs and services may be funded by MassHealth, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and private pay. Visit our qualifications page to view specifics.

Interested families and members seeking HOPe services will need to complete our inquiry form. When you submit the inquiry form, a few steps need to be reviewed and completed before we can welcome your family member to HOPe.
