House of Possibilities empowers individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar profiles to achieve their full potential after high school. We offer comprehensive in-person and virtual services, including college navigation and holistic coaching.
Our coaches use a person-centered, strengths- based approach to help individuals set goals, gain independence, build self-advocacy skills, and connect with their community.

Qualification
Participants are adults 18+ and are able to navigate their community safely with or without staff support. Services funded by the Department of Developmental Services require an Autism diagnosis. Private pay Coaching & College Navigation services are available without an Autism diagnosis.
Adults must be committed to pursuing their personal goals.
