House of Possibilities (HOPe) has a rich history of helping individuals with disabilities and their families live better, fuller, more self-directed lives, empowering them to reach their goals. We serve 60 communities across Massachusetts out of three locations in Easton and Boston. Our five-year strategic impact plan is rooted in our shared local communities and focused on growing our impact.
