
Director of Health Services Colleen Kiesel, RN, is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of our members, applicants, and staff. With a deep passion for high-quality care and a commitment to expanding healthcare services, Colleen leads our health initiatives at HOPe. She provides direct care, training, and guidance on essential health services, including First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, MAP training, and onsite vaccine clinics.
Colleen earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Laboure College in 2011 and gained invaluable experience working in acute care at Norwood Hospital, first in an inpatient cardiac unit and later in the Emergency Department. Her strong clinical foundation, coupled with her enthusiasm for continuous learning, led her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston which she completed in 2021. Colleen’s leadership ensures that health, safety, and well-being remain top priorities for our community.
